Maria und Christian waren unglaublich herzliche und aufmerksame Gastgeber. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an willkommen und rundum gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Besonders schön waren ihre wertvollen Tipps und die interessanten Geschichten über die Umgebung.
Die Unterkunft war sehr gemütlich, sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Sowohl unser Zimmer als auch der Poolbereich waren sehr gepflegt und einladend. Perfekt, um einfach abzuschalten und die Zeit zu genießen.
Ein besonderes Highlight war für uns das tägliche Frühstück. Jeden Morgen gab es eine tolle Auswahl an leckeren, frischen und regionalen Produkten. Für uns der perfekte Start in den Tag.
Insgesamt sind wir wirklich begeistert, vor allem von der herzlichen Art von Maria und Christian, die unseren Aufenthalt zu etwas ganz Besonderem gemacht hat. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit im El Pino Retreat, haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Maria & Cristian were INCREDIBLE hosts and lovely humans. The setting is absolutely stunning and peaceful, and everything was sparkling clean! We also loved the style and care that was put into everything, from the patio furniture to the soap in the bathroom. On recommendation we went on two scenic and cool hikes very close to the property (one you could start from the property, and the other was a quick 5 minute drive to a beautiful canyon). They even provided swim/aqua shoes that were much needed on the hikes! Breakfast is amazing and beautifully presented, lots of vegetarian options, cheese from the village and homemade marmalade from the orange trees on the property. We have stayed at many properties throughout Spain over the years, and this place is such a standout gem because of the hospitality and high standards regarding things like service, quality of food, style and decorations as well as cleanliness and overall attention to detail. Of course, the pool and views are also fantastic! Maria & Cristian went above and beyond during our two night stay and were also very understanding with our dog who harassed their sweet pets from time to time 🙈 (sorry!). Overall, a truly a special place that deserves a visit (or three!). We cannot wait to return!
Not real issues for us, but there was not much room to put a larger suitcase in the apartment bedroom, and if staying during the summer, next time I would request for a fan to be placed in the room if available (there was a/c unit, but I prefer using a fan and having windows open in lovely countryside settings such as this!).

La experiencia fue mucho mejor de lo esperado. ¿Te imaginas pisar el cortijo y comenzar a sentir una paz increíble? Sueño reparador, descanso, trato exquisito, gastronomía excepcional... Me faltan palabras.
Le comenté a la propietaria que llevaba algunas semanas sufriendo afonía y me fui de allí sin este problema. Incluso, también,mucho mejor de una fascitis plantar. No sé qué tiene este lugar pero hemos dormido como hacía meses que no dormíamos, tanto yo como mis niños pequeños.
Maravilloso!
Eché de menos un poquito de champú en la ducha del apartamento.
Por lo demás, todo estupendo
