It was close to the beach and promenade. Breakfast was superb with a lot varied food choices for adults and children. The beds were comfortable with Airconditioning.
Activities were for children and less for teenagers

The real gem of this place is the staff, particularly Michal (“Mich”) from management and Tamara from the Zeus buffet restaurant. They were exceptionally attentive, professional, and always willing to help.
The hotel itself is spotless and very well maintained, even if some areas feel a little outdated. It’s spacious, has direct access to the promenade and beach, and the grounds are kept in excellent condition. The food selection is great, with a wide variety of cuisines to choose from. Fish and beef cooked each day. Free parking.
The rooms are clean and well maintained, but they are in need of renovation and don’t quite meet the standards you would expect from a 5-star hotel.
One of the biggest disappointments was the coffee, especially at breakfast, it was genuinely poor. If you’re a coffee lover, you’ll likely be very disappointed. Unfortunately, the coffee capsules provided in the room tasted much better than the coffee served in the restaurant.
Another downside is that the “double bed” is actually made up of two single beds pushed together. Basic toiletries such as cotton buds or razors are also not readily available in the room and need to be requested from reception.

The location is large and luxurious overall, the pools are very nice, the restaurant and its staff are excellent, and the reception is always eager to help.
The room does not look like a 5-star one. We had a lot of ants, and I’m even worried we might have taken some home in our luggage. Cleanliness leaves much to be desired. The room is at most 3-star standard. The walls are dirty, the tiles are cracked and dirty, and the wardrobes are very old. The housekeeping staff was mediocre.

The location was great. Close to the beach and walks along the seafront. The staff were brilliant…..very friendly, helpful and thoughtful. I can’t praise them enough.
The air conditioning didn’t work properly and the maintenance team were hopeless. They never fixed it so the room was always stuffy. The bed was extremely uncomfortably and we woke up with back ache every morning. We booked 2 single beds but they gave us a double but no apology!
