Pool facilities were great. No issues with breakfast seating at any time you arrived. Fantastic breakfast buffet catering for all sorts of dietary requirements.
Evening entertainment could have been better. Was in a very open space with little to no atmosphere

It was clean, loads to do for the kids, breakfast buffet was perfect. Late night entertainment was lovely.

Location was good, Rooms comfortable and very clean
Everything else,. Food absolutely horrendous , Extreme lack of entertainment around the pools, very dead vibes, Most lifts broken had to wait ages to get one each time, Hotel is like a maze extremely hard to find your way around,. Far from a 5 Star experience and iv stayed in many, also massively overpriced food and drinks , showers also terrible, no pressure in them. Not worth the stay much better hotels around.
