Breakfast was always good
Firstly, the air conditioner in my room was in a terrible condition, making an unpleasant noise. I did not report the matter because there appeared to be a tendency for requests to receive delayed responses. As a result, I decided to keep quiet rather than go through the frustration of following up on the issue.
Secondly, I experienced a serious safety concern outside the premises, near the entrance from the traffic lights. I was nearly hit by a truck because my access was obstructed by a vehicle parked directly at the entrance, seemingly in a position to exit. This was a dangerous situation that could have resulted in a serious accident. Had your security personnel been sufficiently attentive to what was happening outside, the obstruction could have been addressed before it became a safety risk.
Furthermore, shortly after that vehicle drove off, another gentleman arrived with a bus and parked in the first parking bay, blocking a driveway. Although he was accompanying a person with a disability, this did not justify obstructing the driveway, particularly when there was a designated area suitable for offloading the items he had brought. This situation could also have been dealt with promptly had the security personnel been vigilant and proactive.
My concern is not merely about these individual incidents, but about the apparent lack of attentiveness and timely intervention when issues arise. Security personnel should be actively monitoring the premises and surrounding access points to prevent obstructions and protect guests from avoidable risks.
I believe these matters require your attention, particularly regarding the responsiveness to maintenance requests and the effectiveness of your security arrangements. Guests should be able to enjoy their stay without having to contend with unresolved maintenance issues or situations that compromise their safety.
