We had a wonderful stay at The Paxton Hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The hotel is extremely kid-friendly — our children enjoyed it. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the location was convenient for exploring the area. We enjoyed our stay and will not hesitate to book here again. Highly recommended for families!
We booked airport pickup through the hotel and were referred to an outside vendor. Not knowing better, we accepted their price and were charged an exorbitant amount. We were a group of five adults and four children. Next time we’ll take an Uber instead — it’s much more cost-effective. Please consider vetting your vendors or warning guests about expected charges so others don’t get overcharged.

It’s spacious, except the shower which is too tight even for someone tiny so I can imagine a heavier person would struggle.
There were maintenance issues in my room which were not resolved during my stay.
