We really enjoyed the breakfast. It was worth it and saved us a lot of hassle. We are a family of 4 and we had rooms 106 and 107 which are connecting rooms, each with their own bathrooms. This configuration was very practical. We also liked the balcony that allowed us to enjoyed nice air circulation.
The surrounding neighborhood was not posh like Plaka. It is more of a downtown feel, but the neighborhood has little gems like restaurant Mironi and coffe bar Dodici. Hopefully the area will continue to improve. The hotel is worth the stay and situated right next to the subway.

Adjoining rooms were great for a family stay. Very near metro station.
Parts of surrounding neighbourhood were a bit grim and seemed a bit rough.
Rooms were very small.

As others said, the staff were really really nice.
Metro station near the hotel.
But unfortunately I don't book hotels mainly because of the staff. The room was so small, barely having space to open our luggage.
The mattress was not comfortable at all.
Although there was a metro close to the hotel, the neighborhood wasn't really nice when we walked around.
