Food was plentiful and very tasty.
Rooms were clean and comfortable
Great location and proximity to coastal path.
A little slow to clear plates in the restaurant at times.
One member of reception staff was a little rude.

Beautiful location. Clean. Nice comfy bed. Food was tasty. Plenty of sun loungers. Staff very pleasant.
Not enough seating for evening meals, frequently without a table having to wait and try and nab a table when one became available before someone else got in there first. Made the evening meal stressful despite trying different times it was always rammed.

The service and availability of all the food and drinks
It was high end
My designer trainers were taken from my room. I have sent an official complaint to hotel but have yet to get a reply. It ruined holiday for us and we felt violated as someone in our room who we should be able to trust. Its the basis of staying in the hotel - Can I ask why the hotel has responded to all other reviews I see on here but has ignored this issue I have highlighted. This is extremely disappointing and unprofessional
