We really enjoyed our stay and couldn’t fault much to be honest, the location, the accommodation and the staff were all great.
The swimming pools were freezing!!

The entertainment staff were brilliant with the kids and all staff were very nice. The rooms were kept spotless cleaned 6 days of the week. The food was good a large variety everyday some days had better food than others.
The beds were terrible and there was a smell of sewerage in the bathroom.

2bed house was very spacious and extremely clean. Cleaners came every day (except Sunday) and washed the floors made the beds and refreshed our towels which was great.
Food was awful. Not tasty at all and myself and my 2 kids believe we got food poisoning from breakfast one morning. Notified hotel and advised to go to a local doctor which we did, local doctor was very defensive and wouldn’t entertain testing us for food poisoning. Put us off eating any food there for the remainder of the week. Staff working with food evidently sick (severely coughing etc) without any hand washing evident - continued to clean tables lay cutlery etc. entertainment for kids very poor. Hotel is a 2 star max.
