Clean and comfortable but small which was ok as we were only there one night.

Great proximity to Termini Station. Has everything you need.
Very accommodating letting us check in early and out late.
My room was dusty and worn .
My cousins room was not ready which was fine as we were early but then found there was someone in there painting the wall. We were told he would be finished soon but we pointed out it was not good to sleep with paint fumes. He then found a room right next to mine. Why did he not put her in there to start with?
Her room was quite a bit bigger than mine with much nicer fittings though the shower flooded due to outlet being blocked and had to turn shower off to let water drain and then turn back on.
I think they need to update their website as it was really outdated.
Many extras such as coffee maker, many snacks and bathroom bits and pieces.
It is a guest house but I would love to have seen other rooms to compare, mine was nothing like photos.
