The people were very friendly and helpful
The late check-in was a little uncomfortable as a single woman. There were some dark hallways and uncertain areas that one has to walk through in order to get to where you need to be. The next day, I could see that it was very safe.

Location. Just a few minutes from the train station and downtown.
Didn’t realize I had to carry all our luggage up three flights of stairs.

Air conditioning didn’t work very well and neither did the fridge.

Proximity to train station
Was put in a room upstairs, couldn’t get out of building during the night. No direction of escape if there was a fire. Beatrice changed our rooms to a safer location, she was exceptional.
