Reception was excellent and very close to Termini station
Food was ok ! Staff mostly indifferent! There was no a/c or heating available because it was between seasons!

Easy to access to sightsee, restaurants, and transit services. Staff in the front desk, buffet service and housekeeping are very good.

It was in a great location and staff were great
Rooms could have been a bit more modern

location and cleanliness was on point. Staff was friendly and helpful
Although the rooms were clean and updated, the mattresses could have been more comfortable. Felt like sleeping on a box spring more than a mattress
