Good location; just 2 blocks from Termini teain station

it was a great location, the room was just big enough for 3 people and its on the ground floor so you don't have to carry luggage up the stairs, tea & coffee supplies & a small fridge ,ensuite has a walk in shower, toilet & bidet , Very close to many very good bakeries and Pizza places, short walk to the Termani Station and buses, there are many small shops, a market and supermarkets within a 5 minute walk
The staff were very helpful with our concerns and stored our luggage till we could check in and then he carried the luggage into the room for us up a few steps
The entrance is locked at night and that made it feel very secure
The air conditioning worked really well
My bed collapsed ( but it was replaced)
The Wifi was very dodgy and kept cutting out
The bathroom was good and very clean but extremely narrow which made dressing etc a challenge
Its pretty basic and not flash by any means but it was adequate for our stay and we were happy with our choice

The staff was very kind and allowed us to check in early since our room was already available when we arrived. The location is excellent—very close to Roma Termini Station, making it easy to reach and explore Rome. Although the room was a bit small, it was clean and well-equipped with air conditioning.
The room felt a bit small for three people. Also, the bed was too soft for me.
