I loved this hotel! The staff were fantastic and knew who we were within a couple of hours of being there. Always greeted with a smile. Room was super comfy and air con was excellent. Well serviced each day and kept so clean! The breakfast was lovely. I would recommend this place to anyone! It’s locations perfect as well! So close to train terminal and yet you can walk most places you want to go .
A silly annoying wasp at breakfast each morning! They are all over Rome though and the breakfast staff do an amazing job of swatting them away and encouraging the birds around so they will eat the wasps!

Very convenient location close to the main station, buses and metro. The hotel is friendly and comfortable.
The area is a little rough but this is outweighed by the convenient location.

Great location for the train station. Comfy bed. Nice breakfast facilities.
Noisy A/C that didn’t work very well. Bathroom door kept getting stuck. Shower wasn’t great. Room looked tired.
