Nice staff. Very clean and well situated.
Some times noisy because children weren’t adequately supervised at the pool.

Location and beautiful design. The staff was amazing specifically the front desk young man that speaks several languages he is amazing and has excellent recommendations at places to eat or go. They will even help you with booking some of your sightseeing excursions if you need help.
The first room that we were issued, we did not like the tub because the tub was extremely high and it makes it difficult to enter an exit the shower so if you have mobility issues or on the other side, that type of room was not going to work for you so we asked for a change and they easily changed our room no questions asked!

Excellent location, in a quiet side street but next to the station. Rooms were a good size and the atmosphere was chilled.
