This hotel is outstanding, though pricey. King bed, larger than expected room, very near the Termini station, staff exceptionally accommodating. Rooftop bar was a great place to have a drink at sunset.
Fitness center was too warm. But all the equipment worked fine!

Huge and spacious, service was exceptional!
Hard to say really - it was really good. The only thing was you had to pay to use the spa and children cannot use the pool but that was it!

Staff were friendly and trying to mitigate problems encountered during our stay and especially Lucrezia went out of her way. Wi-Fi was good and breakfast was good as well
The property has problems with maintenance and cleanliness of the rooms. It was a big disappointment and the standard provided in this regard does not correspond to five stars and Radisson brand. The rooms are different. Some of them have blinds, some of them don't, and they are quirkily furnished. Some of their furnishings are also dated. Given the price this is a terrible value for money.
