Exactly how it shows in the pictures. The staff was very nice.
On my last night, loke 2am arrived a couple and my room was next to reception and their room. They were talking very loud. I went to the reception to complain and the guy didn t do nothing, as if it was normal to talk and "party " loud at 2,2:30am. Very disrespectfull . I expected the person in yhe reception could apply the "Quiet rule" from 10m to 8am, but no.
Wifi in my room didn't work good as well.

Close to Termini station. The man at the reception is kind.
The facilities are old and the rooms are small. I think the price is high, but I think it can't be helped because it's close to Termini station.
