We stayed as a family with two children and were very impressed with the accommodation. Friendly and attentive staff, lovely clean rooms with daily cleaning service. Nice location with good selection of local restaurants serving good food at reasonable prices vs centre, great with children also. Had breakfast at hotel which was value for money and good selection. Highly recommend

Location near Termino was great. Neighborhood was fairly quiet. Staff was always cordial and friendly. Room was clean and spacious.

The room was nice and clean on the 5th floor, and the bed was very comfortable. The coffee machine was a nice plus. We loved the balcony. The AC was quiet and worked well, which was important in the August heat.
The hotel is appr 5 min walk from Termini Station and some museums.
The staff was really helpful and nice.
There were some loose parts of the hardwood floor, they need some fixing.
