The hotel is beautifully located, very clean, stylish, comfortable and perfectly suited for a city break. It is not an enormous hotel, but that is part of its charm — it feels intimate, welcoming and very pleasant to return to after a long day of exploring the city.
The staff were exceptionally kind, professional and helpful, especially the gentlemen at reception, who were always polite, discreet and ready to assist us whenever needed, special thanks for Mr.Marco. everything we experienced was absolutely on point. The rooms were very nice, well kept, clean and comfortable, and the general atmosphere of the hotel was elegant, calm and friendly.
Overall, we genuinely recommend art’otel Roma Piazza Sallustio. It is a very good hotel, with excellent service, a great location, wonderful cleanliness and a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

Beautiful and interesting hotel, loved the art that runs through it all. Our room was lovely, comfortable, spacious and clean. Staff were all exceptionally helpful and welcoming. Location perfect for the Borghese gallery and other sights. Fantastic breakfast too.

This is truly a five-star hotel in Rome.
Everything is at the highest level, from the attitude and professionalism of the staff to the quality of the furniture, amenities, and drinks. Even the bathroom products are by Kevin Murphy, and there is a Dyson hairdryer. Small details that really show the level of attention to quality.
The bed is exceptionally large and comfortable, making it very easy to relax after a long day exploring Rome.
What makes the experience particularly special is the staff. Every time you return to the hotel, you are welcomed with a smile, an open door, and a glass of Prosecco with fruit jelly candies. It creates a genuinely warm feeling throughout your stay.
The location is also very convenient, especially if you want to spend more time around Villa Borghese and the Coppedè district. The Spanish Steps are also within pleasant walking distance and it is particularly nice to approach them while walking downhill from the hotel.
The only downside? We didn’t spend enough days here. 🙂

Rooms were ok
Breakfast was a desaster, service at breakfast very poor (Quote: You can order one item from the item. I took an egg dish. Quote: This you can make by yourself from the buffet).
No really hot water
When we arrived there was party ongoing on the terrace. - no really sleeping possible
