Location, size of apartment, check in.... all easy. This was our last stop after 6 weeks travelling with family of 5. 3 teenagers. We needed space, and we got it. This apartment is huge and allowed everyone to have their own space.... the kitchen was large enough that you could actually cook if tou wanted to. Location was great, easy 10 min walk to the Trevi Fountain.
Nothing. If I were being picky, the air con never seemed to get cool, but it wasnt too hot while we were there.

Definitely needed new bed mattress, the 2 beds in main bed room mattress were worn in and sagging

Great location, big apartment, very clean.
Shower was tiny for the size of the bathroom, and there was nowhere to put your head to not be under the rainshower (annoying for ladies). Kitchen plates stored too high in cupboards. People in the apartment above very loud dragging chairs all times of the day and night. The air con stopped working over night the last night.

Great location, great size
AC did not work properly, we could not use microwave and coffee machine at same time without blowing a fuse, we tried to request cleaning but didn’t get any answer from staff, not enough towels and coffee. Shower drain did not drain well, small bugs would come out of drain after shower. Bedding was also not great - duvet cover did not stay secured so every morning we all woke up to duvet without its cover.
