The wonderful staff was very helpful. My family and I can't say how great the hotel and the staff's hospitality were. We all enjoyed our stay there. The hotel is within walking distance of all attractions, as well as cafes and restaurants.

InterContinental Rome boasts an unbeatable location right in the heart of the city, within easy walking distance of major landmarks. The surrounding area is pleasant with a lovely atmosphere, making sightseeing incredibly convenient.
The property fully lives up to its 5-star rating, featuring elegant decor, premium facilities and sophisticated common areas that deliver a luxurious stay experience.
However, housekeeping service leaves much to be desired.
However, housekeeping service leaves much to be desired. The room cleaning lacks attention to detail. Toiletries and bathroom amenities were not restocked promptly after being used, which is disappointing for a high-end five-star hotel. It would be great if the cleaning team could double-check supplies during daily turndown service.
