This hotel is fantastic and I will definitely stay again!
As a solo female traveller the most important thing is for me to feel safe and I did. The staff are helpful from reception to bar everyone is fantastic and should be celebrated for the hard work and dedication to their jobs. Nothing is to much of a ask! The terrace is a great addition, the breakfast was good quality and the bed was enormous which was ideal! Thank you for a lovely stay I will definitely be back!

beautiful hotel in a great location. Lovely staff as well.
The only was it’s a vegetarian hotel which we wasn’t aware of. Not a massive drama but don’t get ready for a cooked breakfast of bacon and sausage. Still lots of things to choose from.

The hotel viminale was beautiful and the greeting upon arrival was very lovely. The staff was all very kind and caring. We also liked having a closet area behind the bed, good use of space.
The air conditioning in the rooms could not keep pace with the heat outside. We were given a fan which was helpful but less than great for the $$$ paid for this property. The main desk had placed limits on the thermostat which were much warmer than in the room. Also there were lots of mosquitoes in the indoor breakfast room/lounge area which made it uncomfortable to enjoy those areas. Our room had ants in the bathroom and the floor could have used a good cleaning. Additionally our safe needed to be reset by staff as the previous guests left it with an open door in the pocket position and we asked three times for it to be fixed, each time the staff said no problem and never fixed it.
