The staff were fantastic from the start to the end, so grateful for all the help they gave us when our initial flight was cancelled. Hotel was beautiful, very clean and the breakfast was great. Thank you!

Breakfast was lovely, however, the breakfast staff were a little "stern", but the service was good and so many lovely places to sit and have breakfast, indoors and outdoors.
The location was great, we could walk to many places, but also convenient for catching taxis and the reception staff were great with calling taxis. We would definitely go back if the opportunity arose.
Our room was a little small but comfortable.

I stayed here for 1 night only but wish my stay could have been longer. The location is excellent, the lovely ladies on reception could not have been more welcoming, the room was great, the rooftop terrace was such a treat and the breakfast was excellent. If I'm ever back in Rome I will be staying at this hotel again.

The hotel viminale was beautiful and the greeting upon arrival was very lovely. The staff was all very kind and caring. We also liked having a closet area behind the bed, good use of space.
The air conditioning in the rooms could not keep pace with the heat outside. We were given a fan which was helpful but less than great for the $$$ paid for this property. The main desk had placed limits on the thermostat which were much warmer than in the room. Also there were lots of mosquitoes in the indoor breakfast room/lounge area which made it uncomfortable to enjoy those areas. Our room had ants in the bathroom and the floor could have used a good cleaning. Additionally our safe needed to be reset by staff as the previous guests left it with an open door in the pocket position and we asked three times for it to be fixed, each time the staff said no problem and never fixed it.
