Absolute gem of a very quaint boutique hotel. Situated in a quiet side street in a beautiful old building with great character. Super location very walkable to most main sites. Rooms very comfortable and tasteful with everything you need. Lovely continental breakfast with some local delights. But what makes this hotel is the wonderful staff so friendly and attentive. Nothing was a bother they happy to share recommendations and local information and all done with such warmth. I will be back to Rome. It is such a beautiful city and will stay here again.

The room and ensuite was very spacious and nicely decorated, it had air con, and the bed was really comfortable. Very impressed. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious, with great options. The breakfast staff in particular really took care of us, and were so friendly and hospitable, giving us recommendations on sightseeing and restaurants. The hotel itself was really well-located, really central. Fantastic value for money, I couldn't imagine finding a better hotel for my stay in Rome. I highly recommend and would stay here again next time I visit.

The ladies at the front desk were very helpful and kind. We asked for directions for things and they were more than helpful with anything we needed. Their kindness made the hotel more enjoyable.
Location was good
Clean and cleaning staff was great!
Didn’t hear too much noise from room.
Unique building
The older lady working the property gate was extremely rude. The first night we were trying to figure out how to find the place. As we were getting our bearings and looking on our phone, a man opened to door to his building and let us in. We were trying to get our internet to work to look for directions on where to go. Before we could find them, she was screaming at us and gesturing that we were stupid multiple times . It was a terrible first impression of Rome
The shower was dangerous. Both my husband and I slipped in the shower. We had to put a towel down inside the shower. Shampoo was a combined body wash and it was terrible on my hair.
The ac wasn’t working well until our last day. We asked for a fan, no fan. We complained about it leaking and the following day ( our last day) it was working great. It must have gotten fixed while we were out that day.
The room had a strange smell every time I walked in. They tried to cover it up with oils, but it still had a weird smell.
