Gran experiencia.

El hotel esta ubicado super cerca de la estación de trenes de Termini, nosotros pudimos llegar caminando; la ubicación es buena, puedes llegar caminando a muchos lugares y el taxi al Vaticano nos costo 12 euros. La habitación es bonita, amplia y comoda! El personal es muy amable, tanto quienes nos atendieron en recepción como en el restaurante, el desayuno es bastante bueno! El elevador no funciono durante nuestra estancia pero hicieron lo posible por compensarlo. En general una gran experiencia! Volveríamos sin duda!

El elevador no funcionaba, pero se nos explico desde nuestra llegada y se intento compensar así que no fue un problema!

Due to the warm and helpful staff, we had a very cozy Christmas stay at hotel Raffaello in Rome.

The room was cozy and the staff was polite and helpful. The location was the best selling point as it was walking distance from the major attractions in Rome (especially the Colosseum and the Roman Forum). There were many good food options around the hotel as well, which included the cafe next door, the osteria down the road and an amazing Korean food restaurant (if you stay for a long duration, give this restaurant a visit for sure!). Overall, we had a very pleasant stay.

The bidet did not work well on Day 1 (though the staff was very helpful and helped us resolve the issue as soon as possible). The hotel is undergoing some construction work so it is a bit noisy during the day and that interrupts your afternoon nap (if you like taking those).

Great Location. Friendly Staff. Will Stay Again

Excellent Location - within walking distance to the Termini Station which is great for those arriving by train. The Roman Forum, Colosseum and Capitoline Museum are all within walking distance. Numerous coffee bars and restaurants and a few grocery stores are very close to the hotel. Very spacious room (as pictured on booking.com). Facilities are very clean. The exterior of the hotel was under renovation but that didn't bother me at all as I rather spent my time exploring the city during the day. Staff members are extremely friendly and helpful - which made my stay particularly pleasant.

Breakfast at the hotel was quite expensive. If light breakfast (coffee/croissants etc) is what you need, there are many coffee bars nearby at a much more reasonable price.

Clean and great breakfast

Perfect location just a few minutes’ walk from Roma Termini. The hotel and rooms are super clean. Staff is friendly and multilingual, and even let me check in an hour early. The breakfast was amazing! Hot and cold options, freshly squeezed orange juice, and espresso made by request. The “family room” suite faces an interior area, which was perfect for keeping the room dark after an international flight when I really needed to sleep.

Hotel is undergoing some major renovations, and there is some construction noise and plastic sheeting. However, this wasn’t a major issue.

Soggiorno piacevole in un ottimo hotel con staff molto disponibile.

un'ottima camera per una persona sola con letto matrimoniale e abbastanza spazio per tutto. tutto molto pulito e in ordine, stanza tranquilla. Staff molto gentile e disponibile, buona la colazione, adatta ad un hotel di quella categoria. ottima la posizione, a 5 minuti a piedi da Termini e proprio a due passi dal Rione Monti.

il bagno anche se perfettamente pulito e in ordine avrebbe bisogno di un po' di rinnovamento, ma stanno progressivamente rinnovando la struttura perciò dovrebbero risolvere tutto.

Increíble Hotel

Las instalaciones eran excelentes, bien ubicado, el personal muy amable, la zona del comedor increíble, y lo limpio que estaba la habitación.

La falta de más papel higiénico en el baño, la puerta de vidrio de la ducha era complicada de usar y la calefacción no se podía regular estaba muy alta.

Wir kommen gern nach Abschluss der Bauarbeiten wieder.

Zuvorkommenheit und Freundlichkeit des Personal. Obwohl ich ein Zweibettzimmer gebucht hatte, war nur ein Doppelbett vorhanden, auch eine Baustelle in der Nähe- am nächsten Tag Umzug in ein anderes Zimmer möglich.

Good location with plenty of local attractions near by.

Good location not far from the main train station and easy walk to the colosseum. Room was clean and the bathroom spacious and modern.

They were having quite a lot of building works done which they apologised for as the work did start early in the morning but it didn’t massively effect me as I was out exploring most of the day and didn’t get back till late.

Enjoyed our stay in beautiful Rome!

Shower configuration allows water to flood the floor in the bathroom causing a very slippery condition. Very dangerous!

A nice stay, handy location. Clean and comfortable, would recommend.

We really liked the style of the hotel, very classic and good location.

The hotel was undergoing renovations which was right outside our window so it meant we had no window at all. This made our room feel very claustrophobic. This was a shame as we was not made aware of this before hand.

Pretty decent, can't complain about anything and the staff was friendly.

The hotel is closely located to Santa Maria Maggiore Cathedral. The rooms were clean and decently sized. Breakfast was decent, standard hotel breakfast.

The hotel does not have a functioning elevator which could be an issue for some people, like for us, We got a third floor room and I was traveling with my mother (an elderly lady). Having said that, the receptionist gave us free breakfast as compensation right away.

Exceptional

I loved the space, the updated air conditioner, and the service from the staff! Truly such an amazing surprise of a hotel. I booked last minute because mine didn't have AC and this was WAY better than my original hotel!

Even though the elevator wasn't working, they got my bags up within 15 minutes. Amazing service all around! Thank you to everyone at the hotel.

Overall pleasant stay near the main train station

The staff was friendly and I appreciate the proximity to the main train station. Complimentary coffee and croissants is a nice touch too. The AC also worked very well for us which was appreciated during our hot July visit.

This is temporary, but the elevator doesn’t currently work so the four stories to our hotel room each day was not ideal. Plus our view was scaffolding and construction workers that start the day early and loudly. The staff tried to make up for it with complimentary mini bar which was appreciated.

Good place, good location, friendly staff.

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Bacar is a very nice, helpful man. The bearded front desk man, I dont remember his name, is also very friendly and helpful. They answered all of our questions and made great restaurant suggestions. The breakfast was limited but they had what I liked and the food was good. The breakfast staff was very efficient and friendly.

No elevator. It is currently being replaced and will be completed very soon.

Great location, excellent staff, very comfortable

Very good location, helpful staff and close to most sights within a 15-20 minute walk. Breakfast was good and room serviced perfectly each day. Nice restaurants close by as was a fluff and fold laundry. Ice buckets available all day

Unfortunately under renovations so the elevator was not working ok on level 2 but higher would be less fun.

Breakfast plentiful and excellent. Staff knowledgeable and friendly.

As the hotel is going thru an upgrade, they are replacing the roof and elevator.

Good location for most of the main sites

The hotel location was a good location for the sightseeing we wanted to do. They gave us comp breakfast and mini bar which softened the blow of discovering the elevator wasn't working, however at the end of the day the 4th floor is a lot of steps!

Very good hotel.

Location to main termini Station and all the main sites was perfect. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Very noisy at night time. Although jotel is undergoing renovation.

Great location, friendly staff, clean rooms, good breakfast and coffee.

Lift was out of action and building work taking place near 5th floor so was a little noisy on the Monday morning.
