The libby was dirty and there were events in the dining room so we had to go off site to eat
Events preventing us from using the roof top and restaurant
Shower was a bit dangerous for possible slip n fall

The location is great. The staff is wonderful! The deck is lovely.
The atmosphere is relaxed and inviting.
The rooms needed some refreshments around the tub. The shower door leaked. The hallways could use some freshening up. But all minor repairs.

Location was great. For anyone travelling by train it's about a 8 min walk from Roma Termini. Breakfast was great, plenty of choice. The room itself had two floors - an upstairs bit with two single beds and shower room + downstairs with a double pullout sofa and tv. There's a rooftop in open air and below the breakfast area.
It was all good. Can't really say much. The rooftop was very hot, too hot to even stay there for a drink - we went to the floor below and had a drink there.

The location of the hotel was very handy and easy to get around.
The view from the roof top and breakfast was fantastic
The staff at breakfast were lovely and also in reception.
The air conditioning wasn’t working and I asked 3 times about it and told someone would look. We were there for 2 nights and nobody looked or did anything
It was uncomfortable and too hot and I was disappointed about being fobbed off and lied to.
