The lovely guy at the reception who received us was excellent and despite our language differences, we could understand both well which was helpful indeed.
The lift was my concern as it was not accommodative. Small spaces and I had to use stairs.

The property was very clean, staff were very friendly and it was in a good location. Good value for money.
The temperature on the shower was very hard to control. It would either be extremely hot or extremely cold and whilst showering we had to constantly fiddle about with the thermostat which was frustrating. Also, there was no full length mirror in the room which would have been useful to have as if someone was using the bathroom the other person had no mirror. Also, the ironing board was very small which made it difficult to use.

The location was excellent
For the price I didn’t feel it was value for money. Room was v basic and breakfast extra and it was not a hotel in the classic sense more of a townhouse with a 8-8 reception desk. Rooms could do with updating.
