We’ve stayed here 3-4 times in the past year, obviously we like the hotel a lot. We feel safe in this hotel and the proximity to the train station is what brings us back. Rooms are very clean, with everything we need. Breakfast is golden and plentiful. Storing our luggage prior to check in and after check out is wonderful to have available.
With the current heat in Italy, adjust the AC to go a degree or two below 23.
One room keycard—not every guest(s) is going to ask for a second card, so when an extra is requested, give it up. The reason for only one card, “we have 120 rooms and can’t afford to give extra card.” Allora, we had to wait for a staff member to meet us at the room to open the door. Add a euro to the charge of the room and give an extra card to those who ask. It was enough of a bother, that we’ll shop around for other hotels. Sad because we really like this place.

A very clean hotel and the breakfast was good. The staff were attentive.
There was building works outside the property right next to our bedroom window which we weren’t told about,this was Noisey so we asked to move rooms which they accommodated. Both rooms got incredibaly hot and the cold air system didn’t seem to work in either.
The location unfortunately for the hotel had some undesirables very near by that we felt uncomfortable walking past late at night.
