The lobby and staff are welcoming. The cleaning staff did a wonderful job!
The AC did not work well. First three days there was ac leaking and almost slipped so used the towels to keep it soaked. Then when the maintenance fixed it, there was no longer cool air coming out so room was stuffy. If you are not finicky about details then it was worth the money spent. Also booking.com doesn’t talk about city tax and you must pay this per person per night in cash so plan accordingly to that too.

It was a typical continental breakfast, value for money. Plenty of choice and the table settings were well laid out. Better than we expected.
The bed was the only let down, it creaked and sagged. We pointed this out to staff and they did their best to adjust it but it really needs a new one. That was the only let down.

In reception abbiamo trovato un addetto pugliese simpatico e preciso, ci ha dato delle ottime dritte. I punti a favore dell'hotel sono solo per lui.
La non trasparenza nel momento della prenotazione, non ci è stato detto che l'hotel in realtà era privo di recepetion, bagno con cattivi odori e colazione di bassa qualità.
