Great location, very friendly staff and easy communication. The check-in instructions were clear and everything went smoothly. I also enjoyed the typical Italian breakfast. Overall, a lovely stay!
It would have been nice to have shower gel and shampoo provided in the room. The coffee at breakfast could have been better, but these were small things in an otherwise very enjoyable stay.

The staff were lovely. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was really nice. Lovely fresh croissants every day. The location was fine much quieter than most streets. .
The downside was the shower. Although the bathroom was nice the shower doors were very tricky to close and the shower itself was very weak. It was like a trickle. Took quite a while to wash my hair under it

Good central location , clean and tidy rooms, good breakfast included.
Zero water pressure in showers and lack of extra pillows for each bed.
