Check in was quick and easy and they the staff was very friendly.
Bed was very hard but after a day of walking we were too exhausted to care! The place is dated but so is most of Rome, so that really was expected.

location of the room was fairly central to most attractions in the city at this price range. the staff at the main hotel was exceptional, too bad we didn't have them at the other building.
we had to check in at another facility. it would be less of an issue if we didn't have to carry our bags around just for that. the building itself contained a dozen other offices, businesses and at least another "hotel". access to our place was through one building, upstairs the other one. it was very confusing even with the instructions. this was more of an apartment rental rather than hotel experience.
