Staff was very helpful. We had to leave early for a tour one morning and they had a breakfast bag prepared for us to take on the tour. Very pleasant stay!

The hotel is perfectly located, 5 minutes from Termini in a taxi and within walking distance of most attractions, or close to public transport. The room was small but perfectly formed, cleaned every day, and the shower was awesome. The staff were very friendly and helpful, ordered taxis for us and advised on transport options. A few minor points detracted but wouldn't prevent us from returning in future. We arrived late on a Sunday evening and felt that the air-conditioning was very energetic and was unable to turn it down, however, the next evening after a full day in the Rome heat and humidity we were grateful for all the energy it could produce. Our room faced into an enclosed courtyard, facing what I assume were residential apartments in various states of repair, but didn't see any one though. Finally, the occupants of the room next to us arrived very early one morning (around 4 am) and were violently ill of which we heard every moment due to their bathroom being adjacent to our bed and the walls having no sound insulating properties, I think they survived.

Room was decent size but it was on the main floor where you could hear all the comings and goings of the hotel.

Second time staying at this property and it continues to be amazing! Clean rooms, helpful staff, allowed us to early checkin. Nothing but amazing.
