The place was excellent for the price. Clean, great beds, big enough for two persons for a few days. The room was also cleaned and the sheets were made each day. Is also located centrally with close proximity to bus and subway. Good options for eateries around too. There's also AC in the room, and a surprise little fridge.
A minor issue in the bathroom - the flush didn't fully retract after use, so had to try a couple of times before it slotted back in place.

Location
The owner lied about the size of the room. Advertised at 423sqft and was actually less than half. The “hotel” registered itself with the governing authorities as 3.5 stars so they could charge an inflated 7 euro per person per night visitors fee. This place is definitely NOT 3.5 stars. They said they had to collect this fee in cash only (this is NOT true). I gave them 98 euro in cash and asked for a receipt. They said it would be emailed to me in a few hours. None was received. I emailed them a day later to acquire a receipt and received NO response. I plan on reporting them to the authorities for all of the above. Keep away. Do not support people who cheat tourists.
