Was a fantastic place to stay. Good location, great room with view of the lake. Lovely breakfast. Pub attached to eat and drink at which was good. Near the railway station too plus on one of the main shopping streets. Quiet and comfortable

All staff we met during our stay were great, brilliant at their jobs. Location was excellent. Breakfast was fresh, lovely pancakes!
Carpet in corridor not properly fastened. My senior travel companion tripped, we got help from lovely receptionist to get her downstairs. (Turned out she got a bone cracked, will get surgery tomorrow)
