The location was very convenient. The reception staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay.
We booked a compact room, which was quite small in size, but it was thoughtfully equipped with all the necessary amenities. The room was spotlessly clean and very well maintained, and the same can be said for the bathroom.
The bed was very comfortable, and we had a great night’s sleep. The breakfast was very good—with a variety of options and everything you need to start your day.
Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would be happy to recommend this hotel to others.
The iron provided in the ironing area was not in good condition. It had several black spots on the soleplate that appeared to be burn marks, so I was concerned about using it as it could potentially stain or damage my clothes. I would strongly recommend replacing the iron as soon as possible to ensure it is safe and suitable for guests to use.

Room design is very thoughtful, from the position of the various light switches and charging points. Shelves were also really useful. I love the lake view! I also appreciated that the room could be brightly lit - very useful for being on my laptop.
There was no safe. Mattress was too soft.

Great location and breakfast!
Kind of our mistake that we booked a room without a window without realising, however the room felt incredibly claustrophobic with how it was designed and the double bed size was too small to fit 2.
