Reception staff is super helpful in providing guidance on how to get to different places in city. Housekeeping staff is prompt in addressing our extra requests. Room setting is comfortable for rest. Breakfast is excellent. Location just nice not too noisy from busy roads.
Showering booth door handle missing with a hole. Could introduce or rotate different variety in breakfast menu on consecutive days, as we taking same food choices for 3 days.

Great location.
The staff doesn't really radiate enthusiasm or a willingness to work. When we arrived, we were greeted by an older woman with black hair who clearly didn't feel like coming to work today; she is absolutely not suited for this job. If you work at the reception, based on past hotel experiences, you would at least expect a smile, not arrogance during check-in. The rooms are okay, but there is no fridge, which is a downside. Also, there is no trash can in the room, and there was a strange smell in the bathroom. I think the price might be inflated considering what you actually get.
