2 bonnes nuits de passage

- L'emplacement est à proximité du centre ville - La réception 24/24 est un plus - Le parking gratuit - La chambre est spacieuse et bien agencée avec toilettes séparées+ sdd

- L'isolation n'est pas très optimale - Le respect des gens qui dorment la nuit n'est pas forcément toujours respecté (bon après l'hôtel a une responsabilité moindre sur ce cas) - Le confort du matelas aurait pu être meilleur

Binnen 15 minuten was je met de auto in Antwerpen.

Het ontbijt werd niet aangevuld. Personeel zit te kletsen terwijl het aangevuld moet worden. Het sofabed was pijnlijk voor de rug. Het diner is pas vanaf 18:00, tussendoor kan je niets bestellen. Daarnaast was het eten erg slecht. De handdoeken werden niet goed aangevuld. De kamer werd niet goed schoongemaakt. Dikke laag stof.

Boek hier niet !!! Wat een armoedig verblijf

Het ontbijt was oke

Er was tijdens ons verblijf geen warm water. Begrijpelijk dat dit onmacht was, maar we hebben geen van allen kunnen douchen. Meerdere malen een mail gestuurd naar het hotel aangezien een compensatie op z’n plaats zou zijn, Helaas tot op heden geen enkele reactie.

Das perfekte Hotel für einen Städtetripp mit der Familie.

Das Hotel ist zentral gelegen. Das Zimmer war sauber und das Frühstück war wirklich super. Riesengroße Auswahl und sehr lecker.

this hotel was pet friendly, in a great location (very central) and gave a warm welcome.

the reception staff gave us a warm welcome and provided all the information we needed. The room was lovely. The breakfast was excellent.

We enjoyed a wonderful family getaway, and my children were truly impressed by the breakfast.

The staff were polite, helpful and courteous. The facility has a safe car park and a decent swimming pool.

The lift needs a bit of modern touch...But, this is not a real issue

The stay was value for money with the added bonus of pool and play area for our child.

It needs some renovations. The staircase carpet is run down. The pool is loosing tiles and the ladder was loose.

Good value foe money ad not too far from town

Found half a bottle of wine and some documents in room when checking in, on last morning couldn't use swimming pool as someone ripped tiles off and nobody seemed to care much about it.

Bad experience

The guy at the check-out, he was very nice. Finding nice people like him at the check-in would have help to accept better the mediocrity of the experience.

A good welcome does it all! Unfortunately this was not what we had. The man at the reception at the arrival, Jaoaud, was not able to welcome us in a good way, very rude, not smiling, unpolite. We arrived around 8pm, he was sitting at the desk, without a welcome he ask for passport, gave a document to sign and passed me the POS to pay, all this without saying a word. When a saw that he was charging a different amount that I reserved, I asked the reason, he rudely replied saying it was normal, that that was the price. To be honest I did not liked his reaction therefore I asked to speak to a manager or manager in duty. With the same unpolite manners he told me to call myself the manager, to stay and pay otherwise to leave the hotel. I was shocked, this are not the manner. He was ungry, not a nice situation at all. And the worst thing is that no manager was there. I went to the bar and spoke to a girl and a guy, the were nice and gentle, they also offer us a drink to help forget what happened. We were travelling with 2 kids so we decided to stay otherwise we would have gone. Very bad experience!!!

The room and breakfast was okay . A hotel outside the emission zone.

There was only one ladder in the deep end of the swimmingpool. Would be nice with one in the lower end for the kids.

Great value for money. Outdoor Pool, facilities & service made it feel more upscale than it's rating

The extras e.g. swimming pool, lounge, covered terrace as well as the customer service. The staff were very polite and helpful with information.

Exceptional

Great contact with the staff. I asked for early check in and they agreed. Also big thanks to the receptionist, Jaouad (sorry if I misspelled your name) who helped us organise food in no time. We were aftere a long journey and literally dying.

Good clean rooms and cooperative staffs. Breakfast was average though.

The hotel is located 5km from the city centre and would need to walk more than 1.5km to the nearest tram/bus station which was annoying.

Not the most confortable

The back garden

The sofa bed (rooms for more than 2) it was so hard..not good for sleep. The worst thing it was that I wasn't able to turn off the ventilator (AC or heating) and was blowing into my head all night and noise made it ruin my night !!! Bathroom needs some upgrades. Location too far and insrustrial zone..not really the cozy one. Not the most friendly staff at the reception.
