The double upgrade (because the first one to an apartment was very disappointing !!!) to the top floor suite. The location is good if you want to be by the train station. The first receptionist we spoke with - she was exceptional.
The very rude trainee receptionist - he was not at all sympathetic to our complaints. The pool area which sadly had some guests who were extremely noisy and not sympathetic to others hoping to use the pool area. It was a shame that the restaurant for evening meals wasn't open when we arrived so late.

Good for public transport and own car park.
Went for meal at 21:15 and was told without much apology that restaurant was closed even though it was not supposed to close until 22:00. One other person and three other couples were also turned away. All quite angry. Staff were not very helpful and didn’t advise that we could at least get bar snacks.

Nice location in front of the station. Luckily you look at the station facade, as the hotel one is awful from architectural perspective.
Rooms are spatious, but furniture old and the entire structure need renovation. All services are anyway available.
Nice to have a gym, pool and a small sauna and hammam (the latter closed for renovation). Those facilities looks anyway old as well.
Great to have a parking in the hotel, which prices are fair.
Breakfast is nice, varied, but quality of products need improvement for the hotel level.
The hotel needs a full renovation.
