Hotel is unmanned, checking in and out are at the other Radisson on the square, you get in and out and use the lifts with a card, which isn't a problem, our room was spacious and bathroom was a good size.
This is perfectly situated for the theatre next door, central station and is only a short walk from Resturants and shops. Lots of places to get a good breakfast
There wasn't really anything that I can think of, only to be aware that the resturant in the main Radisson is closed on Sundays...
The plug sockets beside the bed are hard yo reach as they are tucked behind the headboard

It was a fine stay while I was in Antwerp. The location to the train station was perfect for my numerous day trips in the area. The bed was comfortable. It’s also a very secure location.

This is the second time I stay here, the hotel has excellent location next to the train station, spacious rooms and all necessary amenities such as safe, coffee and tea-making or fridge. An additional bonus was the use of the sister hotel's inside pool and sauna just across the street, very much appreciated as it was very hot during our visit to Antwerp. You do not see any personnel in the hotel but those in the main hotel's reception are polite and courteous.
The on ly drawback is that there is no reception in the hotel you have to cross the street to the sister hotel and do the check-in there, you also need to return for check-out especially if you wish you to leave your luggage until later in the day. You may also want to ask whether you prefer a room in the back (slightly more quiet) or a room in the front (with more natural light including in the bathroom but a little bit of noise, not much though). You may also want to check when reserving whether the bathroom has a bathtub or a shower as we have had both types in our two stays. Finally, and unfortunately one of the two reserved rooms where not ready when we tried to do the check-in c. 15h30 so two of us had to wait for a (short) while until the second room was ready.

"Room with a view, nice location and would stay there next time. I had accidently double booked (booking.com, double commit :-( but they resolved the problem quickly. Kuddo for the Staff!
