Excellent location. Excellent breakfast. Nice personnel.
We were group of friends visiting Antwerpen. My room was very small compared to the rooms of my friends, it was on the ground floor (actually below the ground), very dark, looking through a parked car, which appeared at the level of the window, all the time.

The hotel was perfectly located to the centre of Antwerp, with great connections by Metro or Tram. It was only a 5 minute walk from the main Train Station too. The hotel was cosy and met most of our needs for our stay.
The breakfast. The breakfast alcked "hot" options and definately is not like a Holiday Inn Express in the UK. It only offers scrambled egg as a hot option. It would be enhanced just by adding bacon and maybe baked beans too. The Danish pastries were limited, as were other items, so, if you went for breakfast after 9am, there was a good chance these items had already gone. This is poor planning on the part of the hotel. They should make provision to supply the same standard of breakfast and options, from the start, to the finish. On the second day, some of those items were not even out for the second day. Had it not been for the breakfast issues, this hotel would have been given a 10.
