De ligging top. Hotel ter plaatse €40,00 duurder dan via Booking.com.com dus vanzelfsprekend via Booking.com geboekt.

Het leek wel een groot poetshok waar nog een hotelkamer van was gemaakt, waarschijnlijk voor de Booking.com boekers. Bed, douche prima. Voor 1 nachtje goed te doen!!

Very good

The Keyser hotel is nearby the Antwerp central railway station on lively street in the hart of Antwerp. It was a fine hotel with friendly personel. The breakfast was excellent, a lot to choose .

A good variety for an appetising breakfast including some fresh fruits available to start a great morning. location with viewing of the life in the street provides the impression of having breakfast in vivid ambiance.

Communication fault line with some rotating staff at the restaurant front desk. Even if they have to do their job, there is always a kinder way to communicate the message and that was lacking unfortunately.

Nice place to stay in the centre of Antwerp, close to every place we wanted to visit.

Breakfast was wonderful, the room was nice.

In the middle of the night there were two people talking vertelt loud for a while, that kept me awake. The rest was very good!

It was OK - close to railway station and good base to explore town on foot.

The first room we were allocated had plumbing and cleanliness issues. The second room offered was not suitable. After some discussion, we were allocated an upgraded room for no extra cost by te helpful staff.

Location was good - near train station and zoo. Breakfast was tasty, lots of options.

TV was in an odd spot. Room was small and a bit dated. Shower had poor pressure and bath tub was a bit stained.

Great location.

Excellent breakfast although very busy. Excellent location next to the central station. Lots of good bars and restaurants across the road but the hotel itself was quiet.

Needed more staff on reception for 3pm check in, although it was a bank holiday when we arrived. Confusing controls for the air conditioning unit, so gave up on it.

Great location and comfortable stay.

Great location for station, trams , buses and shops. Good selection of food available fir breakfast and a good timeframe to have breakfast. Al staff were friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and towels etc were changed regularly.

Room needs a bit of an update maybe a nice colour on walls and mirror by desk, extra luggage stand but nothing major really. The bar was not open and only a small seating area near reception if you wanted to sit somewhere other than room on a rainy night.

Excellent value for money and location. Not super slick 4 star service always, but sufficient for us

The hotel is neat and very well located directly next to the station. The breakfast (Despite the hours not always working with us for our day trips) was excellent value for money. Rooms are spacious and cleaned well. Staff was generally friendly (Except the guy denying us a different pillow).

We had a request for a different kind of pillow but it was apparently not allowed to give a double room pillow to a single bed room. This was very strange, and resulted in some uncomfortable sleep for my mother in law. Also, our smoke free floor smelled distinctly of old smoke. Not unbearable but noticeable.

Good location, efficient service and nice basic breakfast

Room quiet in spite of very busy location. Very easy to walk to almost all our destinations, and close to public transport for anything else. Clean and very prompt service.

Room was a little cold at times, and no extra bedding or pillows available without contacting Reception, which was not continually staffed.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL - ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. This hotel is advertised as 4 star. It would not be categorised as a 1 star. hotel I was woken up by alternate guests at 2 , the phones in the room weren't working. Long story short I had to change rooms 3 times in an attempt to get some rest, this was 3 am therefore no sleep before work. I cancelled my second night with reception, they did not process it. I still wait for feedback and a refund. I have called the property several times, the manager has not contacted me nor processed my refund.

I prefer to stay during my next trip if the above inadequacies can be fixed.

The location is very convenient and the outlook from the restaurant is very good.

The table lamp, didn't work. The coffee kettle was not cleaned and kept with old coffee when I moved in. The coffee powder was not topped up daily. The washing basin plug spoiled though repaired.

Well-located hotel, close to train station and buses. Many restaurants nearby. Good breakfast.

Sad to say the bad overshadowed the good for us. Choose if you can a room away from the main road

Staff were all very friendly. Rooms were large and clean. Room for the first night at the back of the building was quiet. Seating provided in the room were moved to for the second night was comfortable and relaxing after a long day walking. Breakfast offerings we're good.

Be prepared to queue for breakfast if you don't want to go early. Shower in the room we were given for the first night had a broken shower head bracket and the room had the most uncomfortable hard seats in the seating area. Definitely not somewhere to sit and relax after a long day walking. Noise from the road in the room we were moved to for the second night (2nd floor at the front of the building) was so bad neither of us slept at all. Double glazing might help.

It’s in the centre. it’s close to restaurants and shops.

It was very warm in the room and the air conditioning wasn’t working even though I asked twice to fix it. the little fridge wasn’t working either. I was very disappointed.
