Great location to explore the city and near train station
Air con was not working. Reported to staff they came and looked at it and said be back in 10mins after 1 hour had not come back. Had to go looking for staff. Then changed room so had to repack.

Room was very clean, comfortable, and nicely furnished. Laundry room was very handy. Staff were nice on check-in and out. Close to the train station.

Great location, close to the train station and main attractions, yet very quiet. Small but comfortable room, wonderfully comfortable bed, everything is fresh, good water pressure.
The bathroom is too small, with no space for clothes or anything else. The variety and taste of the breakfast food leave much to be desired.

Had all we needed for a 1 night stay.
Check in lady was very helpful, and was doing her best at fielding numerous complaints on her own with no support.
Disaster from the start.
We booked this as it had parking. Drove in pressed the intercom which eventually answered to be told no parking available. Only advice to Google nearby public parking! Forced to reverse out onto the road and park elsewhere.
Parking was the ONLY reason we booked this hotel.
We arrived at the reception. Door wouldn't open. A guy was there waiting so we tapped on the glass and he let us in. It was 09.05pm. He said he had a complaint and wanted to talk to reception but he had been there 10 mins and seen no one.
We tried knocking on doors. Telephoning the hotel.
Nothing. Then a young lady came down the stairs, she said she was on her own in reception and was dealing with 2 other customers and an incident.
2 people came in from the street and she tried to placate them with their problem. Then the other guy and his lack of housekeeping problem.
Then eventually our check in!
She was clearly under pressure, but kept positive even going off to get cold drinks for us as the bar is no longer open
The room was fine. Surprised it was just a sofa bed. No bedside tables.
Hotel appeared empty at breakfast. Food OK but had been stood out a while as not many people dining.
Not a hotel I would recommend or use again.
