nice view from 5th floor. bathroom had a bath tub and shower.
main road is noisy - so big glass windows get hot and cannot open windows

Staff looked after us very well as I had arrived early in Brussels
I requested if possible to come earlier to hotel no gaurantee if it would be possible but when we got there was put at ease n checked in early very good service
Only request was to improve the shower door as it was too high n water was leaking onto floor so I suggested a few improvements to Elena the receptionist who will convey my suggestions 😁

There was black mold in the shower, which was not okay for me.

Everything. The staff was really polite and friendly. The room was big enough. The bed was perfect - comfortable and cozy.
The hotel is 20-25 far away from Gare du Nord with tram which stops in front of the hotel.

Good-sized room, big desk, excellent view, good location.
Furniture is dated and sometimes coated in dust. I requested a queen-sized bed and got two singles. The beds are not stable and kept moving away from each other; woke up between the beds, in a large divide.

The food was awesome!
Not as welcoming, we asked for water on the 2nd day and they said it was just a welcome treat. Even then we were given only 1 bottle at welcome. They also didn't have a family room. Also everything was broken, kettle, heater etc

the rooms are dirty and the shower its stop some times it’s really bad hotel and you can hear your neighbor sound
