Everything very well designed and thoughtful, clean and stylish. Staff very friendly and helpful. Great location in the edge of the old quarter opposite the chateau.

Location... chateau, cathedral and historical centre at your door step. Friendly staff. Room was clean. Comfortable bed. Quiet room on 4th floor with views of the internal courtyard and roofs.
Lighting in the room quite poor. When I arrived the room was really hot and I was not able to switch the thermostat from heating to cooling. I have not reported this tough. I just had the windows always opened which I preferred.
