Helt okej för någon natt

Rent och bra läge. Toppen med 24 timmars reception då jag anlände sent. Hade kanske förväntat mig något bättre standard på rummet för att vara ett tre stjärning hotell. Men fräscht och fint.

Clean and comfy

I loved the decor, friendly staff and clean room. I especially liked that it’s just across the street from the train station and is within walking distance to major sites.

There was a bad smell coming from the drain in the bathroom sink.

Lovely!

Excellent location, very convenient for the train and an easy stroll to town. The garden right beside the hotel is lovely. Staff were lovely too! Room was clean and had everything - water pressure in the shower was good too.

Great accomodation in Nantes

The hotel is situated just in front of the railway station and 10 minutes walk from the historical center. The hotel staff is very welcoming. The room is not small and I had nice terrace on the &st floor. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was spatious and well organized.

Much nicer than first impressions

Great location near station, château, Jardin des Plantes and Art Gallery. Pedestrianised street, beside tramway. Room was small, but modern and well-designed. Bathroom and shower very good. Temporary record store in part of the lobby was cool. Good breakfast, kept topped up until late. All staff very pleasant and helpful.

Hard to spot hotel from the station. Very narrow frontage. But fine once you enter. Bigger entrance at the back. Room was small. WiFi was good, but didn't work in the lobby area.

Very good

Comfortable bed, tea and coffee supplied in your room, bike storage no charge and late check in no problem. Balcony off room.

Excellent experience in Nantes

The room is clean and comfortable. The place is calm although it is closed to the train station. Breakfast is good.

The elevator is not evident to find. The room is not air-conditioned so it was a little bit hot when I slept.

Average hotel but expensive

location was good and staff were friendly. Bed was comfortable

We were located on the terrace which sounded glamorous but in fact was a bit scruffy and no view. and the room was really small and dark. We only got one towel between us and considering we paid 117 euro for one night it was a bit disappointing

Small dark stains on the sheets. Bad smell from the toilet in the bathroom. No shower curtain so water is everywhere.

Pleasant and good for price.

Good location, comfortable beds, clean, rooms look nice, kettle in the room, terrace access, attentive and kind staff. Good for price.

Door didn’t lock with card so I was given key, lights didn’t work in the room, shower flooded because there was no door, cappuccino at breakfast tasted strangely like hot chocolate.

lovely little hotel in great location very comfortable beds

mostly very good apart from one young lady on reception. We all have never met anyone so rude as this receptionist, an absolute disgrace to an otherwise great stay. We must state all the other staff we a credit to the hotel

Tiny room. Smoke alarm covered up with bag. Very noisy. Stains on bed sheets. Badly stained carpet.

A good place to stay.

The Hotel is very conveniently located near Gare SNCF. The staff were helpful, one in particular. The room was quiet and comfortable. The shower was good, as was the breakfast.

It is well recommended due to its location , cleanliness and friendly staff

location near the Gare station and the chateau. friendly staff basic but good breakfast clean and tidy

the room was Cold 🥶 you can’t adjust and regulate to the warm temperature you wanted to set up the temperature is fix and centralised it was uncomfortable for me

Heating .. despite the heat on . Room was very cold , something to watch out as I didn’t enjoy the stay as much as I wanted for that reason

Nice and clean hotel next to the railway station and the city centre with friendly and pleasant staff and good breakfast :-). If you want to see the attractions of Nantes (for ex. beautiful castle and cathedral) and also visit interesting places around (I can recommend Vannes, Vitré or Angers) it's a very good choice.
