Reception staff were absolutely lovely and carried my heavy suitcase for me. They were informative and helpful. Breakfast healthy and well priced.
Pillows were very high causing neck pain. My greatest concern was being on the 3rd floor and the lift out of order for the whole time I was there. I would have appreciated information about the price of taxis to locations eg the rail station as they are shockingly expensive and as the hotel is close to the train station I could have caught a bus or tram.

Very central location and the staff are very welcoming and friendly. I felt very welcome.
There's a free coffee and drinks machine.
You're right in the middle of the city and all the bars, the public square is less than a few minutes walk.
The decor and aesthetics of the hotel is perfect. It feels like you're staying in a significantly more expensive hotel.
The only criticism I'd have is the room I stayed in was quite small. The large bed takes up most of the room so you have very little room. But this is a minor criticism.
