very clean and plenty of cooking utensils.
the bathroom had a smell from the shower tray, probably a drain issue, but otherwise fine.

Fantastic location for the price - super central and great area for food and drinks.
Cannot be dropped off by front door (but not really an issue). Noisy at weekends, but still managed to sleep.

No cleaning if you stay less than a week. And no tools to clean for your self, that costs extra.
Overall a sense that you are not welcome. This seems to be the new budget hotel way. Be smart and spend a little more for more comfort and less problems.
