Very friendly and helpful receptionist on arrival. Comfortable bed, good shower, extremely clean, good location. Good WiFi and underground parking.
Bathroom needs a bit of maintenance, ie pop up waste did not work and toilet seat loose.

Very friendly and helpful staff, who allowed us to leave our car in the private parking lot until the afternoon after checking out.
The linoleum around the toilet was a bit smelly.

Comfy bed and good location. Liked the big screen TV. Great to be able to park the car underneath the hotel.
More lighting needed in car park. A hair dryer and tea/coffee making facilities in the room would be useful. The toilet seat cover was broken.

centric and simple. good for a quick few nights
they don’t have anyone available at night, its a self checkin - the machine made me pay or wouldn’t give me the code to enter (even though i already paid with card through booking). money was then reimbursed, but an unnecessary bad experience. other than that it was okay.
