This hotel is located just off the main square in Graslin area, at the end of the street. It is easy to access the main parts of the city to include Ile de Machines.
The hotel was quiet, small and comfortable and the staff could not to enough for you. The breakfast is in a glass roofed part of the hotel and included hot and cold items providing a good selection.
Our room was ready ahead of time but they were happy to hold luggage in the meantime. We were located at the front of the building with a street view which was quiet. The room was compact and bijou with tea/coffee facilities.
The hotel was nicely decorated and had a small lounge where you could sit and read located near the lifts.
We absolutely loved our two day stay and the staff were very accommodating and happy to advise about what the city can offer. We would definitely recommend.
Please note the room did not have air con but a fan was already in situ and you could open the window if required.
It’s a minor comment as far as we are concerned as we had a great stay.

Fabulous location in the middle of the city, yet peaceful and quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was clean, comfortable and well equipped.

The bed was comfortable, the room was tastefully done. Great shower.
Bathroom a little dated. But the main issue was the heat. It was during a heatwave and they had prewarned that there was no aircon. There was a fan in the room which was great. But under the circumstances, I think providing water in the room would have been nice although water was available down stairs. It was just uncomfortable for that reason really. And leaving the windows open meant it was pretty noisy during the night as was onto street. Overall it was a great place for the money.

liked the location and the room was large and well-appointed. The room had a lounge and useful side tables.
exaggerated explanation to each guest of where the products came from at breakfast and wiping down tables with strong smelling cleaners.
