The staff were very friendly and helpful. Flávio in particular was so helpful in explaining everything about our stay and answered a couple of questions we had. He was polite and friendly and also knowledgable about our stay and with local knowledge.
The breakfast was adequate. We went at 9am ( breakfast finished at 10am and lots of people came after us) but the scrambled eggs had all gone. Nobody brought any more despite being asked by a couple of guests that we saw. There were only a couple of burnt sausages left too. These were the only cooked options available other than toast which you prepared yourself. The cold options were fine - there was very little fruit salad left. I finished it off and it was not refilled despite people asking.

Tiny but neat rooms, tiny but perfectly formed bathroom. Helpful staff. Dining room staff particularly helpful and kind with my need for gluten free food. Some staff spoke English. Pleasant lobby and sting room area.
Location is not ideal for general tourists. Quite isolated. No restaurants nearby except MacDonalds next door. Far from railway and bus station. Sports fans would find it convenient to the arena.
Housekeeping staff had no idea how to deal with bedding and I had to re-make my bed and refit the doona and cover.

Location was excellent,
30 degrees and no air conditioning, the staff gave me a fan but it only circulated the hot air
