Very near Nantes main station and the Castle.of Britanny.
Room amenities were inconsistent - 1 room had kettle and tea, while the other didn't have. The staff also incorrectlty double-charged me. So I practically lost some money because of the currency exchange.

The location is fantastic, right in the centre of Nantes so everything is walkable.
There was a guy at reception who was also at breakfast who was very friendly and helpful. The room was adequate for a one night stay but the bathroom was not great as the shower was broken. The attachment to hold the shower head to the wall was snapped, so you had to hold the shower head. Also the toilet was very high from the floor, feet did not touch the floor and you had to jump off it. Children would really struggle.
