The location was excellent, Halmstad is a lovely area, the hotel is really close to the river with nice parks and loads of place to eat in walking distance. I was there in June and the weather was perfect. I am told it get's quite cold in the winter time.
Not related to the hotel but taxi's are quite expensive in this area so a car can be beneficial. Talking to locals, the area is busy in the summer and can be quiet in the wintertime.

The staff were incredibly friendly and super helpful, easy parking close to the hotel. Location was excellent, many restaurants in close walking distance to the hotel. Very comfortable beds and the breakfast buffet was very good. We will definitely stay here next time!

Breakfast was incredible and the staff was very helpful. We could store our bikes in the basement during our stay.
There was a fan on that was a bit noisy during the night and it was very warm during the night.

The location was nice, the staff were very friendly and helpful too. The food was great although instructions about the halfboard and how it works for dinner could be better.
The bed was not comfortable, it was dipping at the middle. And there is no sound proofing at all. We could hear drunk or just plain loud guests right outside up to 3AM so did not get some sleep at all. Maybe because the room given to us, which I paid extra for the windows is at the ground floor and right next to the street where motorcycle noise would also be heard.
